Commission Info & TOS

I have the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time;

I do not tolerate disrespectful behavior, and if it occurs, your commission will be canceled;

Please note that the terms may vary slightly depending on the type of commission;

I am unable to accommodate projects with short deadlines;

All commissions must all be paid in full upfront;

Payment is done through PayPal or Wise invoice using USD;

Extra fees will apply for extensive or significant revisions (refer to the "Revisions" section below);

Provide multiple clear reference images of the character/subject;

If you require assistance with selecting poses, colors, or themes, I am available to help, but please be aware that it may extend the commission's completion time;

Please ensure you provide all necessary and relevant information, as well as clear descriptions/references. I cannot be held responsible if the lack of such information hinders my ability to complete your commission to your utmost satisfaction;

Avoid excessive inquiries about the progress of your commission, wait for me to reply before sending more messages;

You will get WIP updates every time I draw on it;

You can choose where you receive the updates, it can be telegram, email, furaffinity;

Sketches will be sent with watermarked, no exceptions;

Once the sketch is approved, no changes in themes, poses, or addition/removal of characters will be allowed;

The time to complete the commission may vary depending on the complexity of the work, ranging from 1 week to several months;

Multiple revisions are permitted during the sketch phase;

After the sketch phase, only minor alterations will be allowed, with a maximum of three permitted changes;

Revisions due to my own negligence are free;

- I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.

- I reserve the right to stream, record, and upload videos of the creation of the artwork.

- I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media.

- The final product is strictly for your personal use only;

- You must credit and link back to me/tag me when sharing or using the commissioned work.

Claim the artwork as yours.

Removing any watermarks/signatures.

Altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.

Use the commissioned piece in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.

Reproduce the work commercially (Without pay the comercial tax).

I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.

You may cancel the commission any time, after which I will issue a refund equivalent to the amount of work not done.

Once the final product is approved, a refund is not permitted

You will receive a file containing your commission and a link to my google drive for you to make a copy of the commission. The google drive link will be available for a maximum of 8 months.
